半島大堂餐廳

上星期六來過吃早午餐，頗覺不錯，於是推介給大吃大喝的朋友。今天早上九時四十五分，抵達大堂餐廳，姍姐和菲力哥已在座。
柱頂的希臘神話裝飾。
桌面的鮮花。
各自要了美味的鮮搾果汁。
頭盆方面，女仕揀 Freshly cut seasonal fruit berries and citrus honey yoghurt。生果鮮甜，伴著酸酸的乳酪，特別配合。
男仕吃 Cold cut plate with bone ham, salami, air-dried beef, smoked bacon and cheese, served with pickles and rolls。兩款芝士夾巴馬火腿、沙樂美腸等，十分好吃。
然後是主菜，珊姐選叫 Char-grilled breakfast cheese burger with back bacon, quick-fried onions, a fried egg and farmer potatoes。
菲力揀了 Baked black cod fillet with Parmesan on durum wheat spaghetti, garlic-fried blue mussels and semi-dried tomato sauce。
A姐上次食鱈魚，今天改吃薄餅 Medium-spicy chilli cone carne with grilled tortilla and fried eggs, served with guacamole and mango chilli salsa。
K哥上回試過漢堡，如今要溫泉蛋加火腿 Free-range eggs Benedict with honey-glazed bone ham and mild mustard dressing。
每人還有香檳一杯。
最後是咖啡茶和甜品。
餐後菲力自己回家，A姐取月餅禮券，然後三人同到藍田復康徑，操練戲劇。
